A good co founder is a asset that you can’t afford to lose. A co-founder is a vital organ for your startup. But sometimes a lots of problem rises up because of  incompatibility with co-founder..let me illustrate you a incident…

It was an incident of  a  young ,very talented chap  . He and his co-founder got a chance to startup with their idea under chili startup program.Everything was set , this chap was happy ,instead very happy and everything went well for sometime but the co-founder was losing interest with every passing day….now what happened,our chap got frustrated with this and this was obvious also  because he had made plans with keeping in mind both of them..and the co-founder  unable to make up his mind and chap also lost his zeal …result… they have to drop the plan…and they lost the opportunity…and later they got seprated..consensus…a idea that can make millions just destroyed and also the two talented people have to wait for some more time to see thier name in world richest people.

so the point i want to make is that choose your co-founder like you are choosing your wife. and mind you if you have a good co-founder dont let him go ,sometimes monetary issues or ego issues arises at that time act wisely. History tells us one thing that behind every successful startup there lies a strong bond between the two.

when you jump into the field of startup even  if you think that you can manage yourself all alone , after working for sometime you ll feel that how much you need co-founder…you ll need it more than your girlfriend.

who is an entrepreneur or who becomes entrepreneur or what is the difference between a manager who takes bag full of  bucks and made some awesome project plans for the company and adds to its profit..so a manager is better than entrepreneur or entrepreneur is just a another word used  for managers.

No ,an Entrepreneur is a different species and mind you they are very less in numbers.An entrepreneur is something that has the capability of doing everything for the company at times he act as a Manager to manage his team, at times he act as a financial consultant as nobody than him can make better financial plans, he knows before meeting with the client , that how to capture the mind of the client….at this time nobody else can become a better sales executive than him…..he knows how to handle a short-tempered co-founder…. he understands the value of  people working for him….or how to take out best out of them….market analysis is best done by a entrepreneur..he understands the world and analyze it like no one else….

Entrepreneur don’t work on  projection reports they work on vision and extracting the best from every second passing by and they never give up…
